Homework
Is your child doing their homework? Colvin
students have homework every night. Students are to read 5 nights a week at
home, have an adult sign their Read and Respond Sheet, and return it to school. Be sure to ask your child each day what they have done for homework. If they tell you they
do not have homework, tell them you know that is not true. We become better readers by
practicing. We expect all students to practice their reading at home each night.
